2 year warranty on compatible cartridges (including inks, toners, imaging units)
If, within 2 years of purchase, you have any problem whatsoever with a compatible cartridge supplied by Harlequin Printer Supplies, we will offer you a replacement cartridge, credit or a refund - the choice is yours.
Printer protection warranty
If your printer develops a fault that you believe is caused by a compatible cartridge supplied by Harlequin Printer Supplies, it could be that the issue is rectifiable with phone support or a visit to you – both free of charge. Otherwise, we can arrange for an independent engineer to assess the cause of the problem.
If it is found that the compatible cartridge has caused the fault - regardless of how old your printer is - we will repair* or replace** your printer free of charge. However, if the compatible cartridge supplied by Harlequin Printer Supplies is found to be blameless*** by the independent engineer, you will be charged for the engineer’ s report (typically £80.00). A quote for the repair will be provided, though you will not be obliged to accept it****.
If your printer is less than a year old and you are wondering if using a compatible cartridge will invalidate/affect your manufacturer’s warranty, rest assured it won’t - this is the law. But, for added reassurance, if Harlequin Printer Supplies compatible products are to blame for a fault, we are prepared to take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offering repair* or replacement** of your printer.
